Common House Stoneham is a pop-up community space organized by the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce in partnership with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services to offer a vibrant hub of programming and retail that showcases Stoneham Square and the community. The space is also open for Stoneham Chamber members, Stoneham non-profits, community groups, and town committees to hold meetings and host programming.  Please read the guidelines below and complete the form to request use of the space for community programming and/or meetings. Guidelines for Use 

  • Currently use is restricted to Stoneham Chamber members, Stoneham non-profits, community groups, and town committees. No group shall exceed 35.  

  • No group may reserve the space more than 3 hours. Applicants must demonstrate that the use of the facility is tied to community purposes. 

  • Groups using the facility are expected to return the space to the condition it was in when they arrived. This includes light sweeping, tidying up, and removing any trash from the premises. Failure to do this may result in a $100 fine and/or prevention from future use.  

  • Requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the requested date to guarantee consideration. All requests are submitted to the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce for approval.
